Casselberry rescreening service area — neighborhoods and ZIP codes
I cover Casselberry ZIP 32707, the Fern Park side of 32730, and the Casselberry portion of 32708. A "Casselberry, FL" mailing address does not always mean the City of Casselberry: Fern Park is unincorporated Seminole County, and parts of the Deer Run subdivision sit in the county or inside Winter Springs. That changes your building department, not your mail.
| ZIP | Coverage | Likely building department |
|---|---|---|
| 32707 | The primary Casselberry ZIP. Most of the city sits inside it. | City of Casselberry |
| 32730 | Fern Park. An unincorporated census-designated place, not the City of Casselberry — Seminole County is the building department here. | Seminole County |
| 32708 | Shared with Winter Springs and only partly inside Casselberry. Jurisdiction has to be checked by address. | Check by address |
32718 and 32719 exist but are PO-Box-only ZIPs, so no enclosure is ever at one. "Likely" is doing real work in that last column — confirm by address, not by ZIP. The permit guide has the phone numbers.

Thirteen verified Casselberry neighborhoods
Each of these has a documented build-year range, which is the single most useful thing to know before quoting a cage. Sorted oldest first.
Lake Kathryn Park
Built 1946–1968Off Seminola Blvd east of US 17-92, on Lake Kathryn in the Triplet Chain. The oldest housing we could verify anywhere in the city. Lots run a quarter-acre to a full acre.
Queens Mirror
Built 1957–1978Off S Winter Park Drive just north of Red Bug Lake Road. One of the older tracts, with lake views and water access on some lots.

Deer Run
Built 1974–1997A 1,038.30-acre planned development founded in 1971. Most residents carry Casselberry mailing addresses, but portions sit in unincorporated Seminole County and in Winter Springs — so the building department that governs your cage changes address by address.

Named but not individually verified
These subdivision names appear in Casselberry property listings from a single source. I have not verified their build eras, boundaries or HOA status, so they are listed as names rather than presented as facts about your cage. If yours is here, the quote works the same way — I just do not yet have a build-era answer for you in advance.

Dunmar Estates shows up in Casselberry listing results but is in Winter Springs. Several other names in this list may sit outside the city limits the same way.

Outside Casselberry
Casselberry first — that is the whole point of a Casselberry-based business, and it is also what makes the city's improvement grant work. Adjacent towns I will drive to:
- Fern Park
- Winter Springs
- Altamonte Springs
- Longwood
- Oviedo
Population 30,135 (ACS 2024 five-year estimate; 28,794 at the 2020 census) inside 7.51 square miles. It is a small city, and everything in it is a short drive from everything else in it.

Give me a street and a build year.
Between the two I can usually tell you what the cage is before I see it.
