About Casselberry Rescreening

Casselberry Rescreening is a Casselberry rescreening business: pool cages, lanais, screen rooms, doors and mesh upgrades. Not new enclosure construction, not sunrooms, not carports. The reason for existing as a Casselberry-only brand is that this city's housing stock is older than its neighbours' and its city limits are stranger than its neighbours', and both of those change the job.

Position

Repair-first, city-first

The incumbent regional players in this market sell new enclosures, sunrooms, awnings and pergolas as the primary offer, with rescreening as a secondary line. That is a legitimate business; it is just a different one. If you want a new cage built, one of them is your call. If you want the cage you have to work again, that is this one.

City-first means the content on this site is specific enough that it would be false about the next town over. Casselberry's median build year, its thirteen documented neighborhood build eras, its own Building Division at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, its 50% improvement grant with a local-quote requirement, and the fact that a Casselberry mailing address is often not the City of Casselberry — none of that transfers to Longwood or Winter Park. That is the test I hold the pages to.

What I will not do on this site

  • Print a review, a star rating or a job count I do not have
  • Print a price and call it mine before I have quoted your cage
  • State a permit requirement the city has not put in writing
  • Claim Seminole County is in the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. It is not, and at least one competitor site says otherwise
  • Copy a Wikipedia paragraph about Casselberry and call it local knowledge

Everything about the business itself is stubbed

Phone (689) 308-1520. Email quotes@casselberryrescreening.com. Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Nothing on this site invents any of them, and all of them come from one place in the build config.

The name

Plain on purpose, and not yet registered

The name says the city and the service and nothing else. No invented heritage, no surname that was never anybody's, no claim to have been here since a year we would have had to make up.

The brand name is unverified

"Casselberry Rescreening" has not been cleared. Before this domain goes live it needs a Florida Sunbiz entity search and a USPTO knockout search. The name deliberately does not reference a subdivision, park or HOA, so it implies no affiliation it does not have — but that is not the same as being cleared.

Next step

That is the whole pitch.

Older cages, one city, no invented facts.
